What's a Star?
Every task you complete becomes a star in your personal universe. Add tasks by typing them naturally ("call mom, 15 min, afternoon") and Lyra, Altega's assistant, sorts out the time, duration, and energy for you. You can always add or edit tasks manually too.
What's a North Star?
A long-term goal — a habit you're building or a project with a finish line. Tasks can link to a North Star, so day-to-day wins light up the bigger picture. Create one manually or by chatting with Lyra.
What's Stardust?
Steps inside a task. When a task feels too big to start, Lyra can break it into small steps, or you can write your own.
Where does my text go when Lyra helps?
Text you give to AI features is processed by Google's Vertex AI to generate the response, and is not used to train models. The details live in our privacy policy.
Can I turn AI off?
Yes — Planet → Preferences → "Lyra & AI features." With it off, nothing you type leaves your device for AI processing, and everything else works manually.
Why does Lyra say she's done for today?
The free plan includes a taste of Lyra's features; Altega Plus makes them unlimited. Manual task and goal creation is never limited, ever.
What is Altega Plus?
The paid tier: unlimited Talk to Lyra, unlimited Stardust breakdowns, unlimited AI planning. Monthly, annual (with a free trial), or a one-time lifetime purchase.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Altega, or the "Manage in App Store" button inside the app (Planet → Altega Plus). Cancelling keeps Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
How do refunds work?
Apple handles all App Store refunds — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue them directly, but if something went wrong, email us anyway; we'll help you sort it out.
I reinstalled and lost Plus?
Open Planet → Altega Plus → Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID.
How do I get a copy of my data?
Planet → account section → "Export my data" opens a pre-filled email; we'll send your export. If you're planning to delete your account, do this first and wait for it to arrive — deletion is immediate and there's nothing left to export afterwards.
How do I delete my account?
Planet → account section → Delete account. It permanently removes your sign-in and all your data right away. There is no undo.
How do I change my password?
Planet → account section → Change password (shown for email accounts). We email you a secure link. If you sign in with Apple or Google, your password lives with them instead.
